酸辣酱料 :烹调法.


先将330ml 水,然后加入酸辣酱料
下去煮热然后再将准好的海鲜类,和其他配料一起热煮,即可上桌。




东炎酱料 :烹调法.

先将650ml 水,然后加入东炎酱料,酸甘叶,香茅,南疆,下去煮热,然后再将海鲜类一起热煮,最后加入谈奶水搅拌,,配上莞茜,即可上桌。


CookingMethod:

1.Add 650ml water, Tomyam paste,  preparation ingredients, seafood or chicken into wok,stir well and bring to boil. 
2.Add in evaporated milk and mixed well. 
3.Remove from heat, garnish with coriander and serve.
